dc.description.abstractThe main aim of the study is to examine the impact of HRM practices on employee performance in Pharmaceutical companies in Goa. In addition to this, the study also focuses on Human Resource Management Practices and Firms’ Performance in Pharmaceutical Industry. Additionally, it focuses on HRM Practices and it’s Impact on Employee Satisfaction in the pharmaceutical industry. Lastly, the study examines the effect of Human Resource Management Practices on Job Satisfaction.
